Giddy-up

Ellie rode a horse on Saturday!!!! I have to say I am a little sad I missed it in person. She looks so stinkin cute with her safety helmet on. Rob took the kids to the Farmer's Market in Kirkwood with my sister while I was at work. The kids had fun climbing on pumpkins and playing in the hay. Sunday, while I was at work, Rob and the kids went to the farm for a hayride, campfire and bbq. The hayride looked really fun. More pictures to come. I think they better stop doing all of these fun things without me!!

Playing Around

Here are some pictures of the kids playing outside. The weather has taken a dip in temperature and we are only in the low 60s. The kids don't understand the cold weather and went outside yesterday with no shoes or jackets. I had to bundle them up. I am not looking forward to the cold weather and being indoors so much. The last picture is Micah being a machanic at his own little shop. He positioned the toys to make his own "work bench".

The Fall

I have been trying to do an album on here with more pictures, but am having, surprise, trouble!! Here are a few pictures of our latest adventures. We went to Romach's Pumpkin Farm last friday. The kids had fun and the weather was about as gorgeous as we could get. Benjamin and Zach loved playing on all of the tractors. There were playgrounds, and old firetruck, a maze, live animals, and more pumpkins than you could imagine. We would like to go to the pumpkin patch by our house with daddy next week.
Sunday we celebrated Maureen's birthday. We had dinner at Sweet Tomatoes and apple pie at Grandma Helen's. After church that day we stopped by Poppy and Grandmacake's house for lunch and to watch some football. Ben and Micah must have worn their lucky jerseys cause the Rams WON!!! First game of the year!!

It's a zoo

We have been attracting quite a few animals at the Weissler household lately. Oh, I hear a cricket chirping right now :) There are neighborhood cats that come around. They always start out lovey and cuddly wanting a good rub then they get shood away for their sassy demeanor. We had a pet turtle for 2 days that enjoyed walking around our house and drinking out of the bathtub. We just let him go because I am afraid he isn't eating. Benjamin named him Spot. The cats are Ginger and JoJo. Who knows what will show up at our door next? A puppy would be nice...
